Mesa TV & Appliance Cheats Customers out of Extended Warranties I would NEVER recommend Mesa TV & Appliance to anyone. What more do I need to say? Don't trust what they say, make sure you have extended warranties in your hand even though you have the receipts showing that you paid for them and Mesa TV "says" they were purchased. I'm out $800.00 on $5,000 worth of appliances because they didn't purchase our warranties. Would I buy from them again.....not in this lifetime!!Would I recommend them...not even to my worst enemies.... read more
Don't believe the trash!! I also have used Mesa TV, and I had a problem with my fridge. I called and told them of my issue, and that I had purchased an extended warranty. They researched my order and had service out there quick. I was very happy and will continue to buy from these guys!
Mesa T.V. & Appliance provides excellent service! – I have been doing business with Mesa T.V. for a very long time. Every time they always give me the best price, (I price check to keep them honest) and their level of customer service is unmatched. Brian their sales manager usually takes great care of me, but I came in on one of his days off and met Richard their newest salesman, I must say I was very impressed! Excellent Company I was thrilled when we bought our brand new dryer. We searched all over town searching for a new dryer. Not only did we get the same dryer we had wanted for $400 less than anywhere else we had been too, but the service was impeccable.
We've been buying our appliances & furniture here for the past 8 years and have always been pleased. Great prices, friendly staff and fast delivery service. We've recommended Louie Moses to many of our friends.
