I have used this place to store a travel trailer for the last 2+ years. I highly recommend it if you need a place that is easy to work with, has very friendly staff (Sara specifically) and want to support a local business. They are willing to go above and beyond the normal expectations of a storage facility to accommodate me and I almost feel bad that I no longer need to use their services since I am moving out of state. I've had my boat here for a couple years now. Recently made the switch to automatic monthly payment, I Miss coming in and talking with the owner, very sweet lady!
The staff managing the facility, Sara J. and Diane are always professional, helpful, polite and kind over the phone and in-person. Most of the transactions I do are over the phone and if they missed my call, they always called back to follow-up even when I did not leave a vm. Customer service is top notched. (Thank you Sara!
