Money hungry management with no respect for seniors. All they care about is cheating you every month for more and more rent and other contrived expenses. They will threaten to ruin your credit if you do not pay them more and more. They encourage bullying by their garbage man Joe, his wife and other tenants that are friendly with management. They encourage female abusers like Don with the grey mustache and swagger to abuse females and anyone else he thinks he can.
