Beautiful landscape, great amenities, the size of my apartment is SO big when comparing it to other modern apartment complexes. Peggy in the leasing office is amazing, makes you feel at home and made the application approval process seamless. Pet friendly, quite neighborhood and centrally located by everything.
How much is rent here
I came home to my refrigerator making this horrible noise. Concerned about the foods in my fridge and meats in the freezer going bad, I immediately contacted the rental office. The new maintenance man, from our complex came out shortly after and did a superior job in fixing the fan in the back of the freezer in about 45 minutes. My 89-year-old mother lived in Mesa Royale for two years. Things were fine until she had to move out March 2024. they would not give back any of her $300 security deposit . charge $70 to repaint after two years, took out $120 for cleaning when I had the place cleaned the day before move out. also charged $25 for renters insurance when she had horseman renters insurance, I have written a latter to owners, called the office several times, sent certified letter and no one has responded. My parents have there 2 years. Well maintained for a older complex. Sad the rent continues to go up, a lot, need new screen doors on the apartments, been asking since they moved in. I guess if you cant have the same ones find a different one. The gal Peggy is amazing, she is so sweet and professional and she gives a 100% to the residents and does her best to have activities for the residents.
