Even if you just boulder this gym is in a league on its own in the San Diego area. Really fun setting, great community, and enough space to do whatever you want even when it’s busy. Don’t waste your time at the other bouldering gym in town, just come here and enjoy trying hard. You can even use the weights when it’s raining! Wow! Thanks mesa rim! Great climbing gym. Lots of walls to use and a large bouldering area. They also have weight equipment and cardio machines to use. Yoga classes are also available for those with memberships.
So many routes with a wide variety of difficulty. Staff is friendly, place is safe and clean.
I went over to this rock climbing gym last weekend with a friend, and honestly had a pretty good time. The place isn’t huge, but they’ve got a nice mix of beginner and tougher routes, so I didn’t feel out of place even though I’m not super experienced. The staff was friendly enough and gave a few quick tips without making it awkward. The walls and mats looked clean, and the vibe overall felt relaxed.
