Staff very unhelpful, registration/waiver process is glitchy causing errors and front desk staff could easily have resolved/edited but did not - would not recommend.

I am terrified of heights but Charlie was so kind and patient with me. I couldn’t have made it to the top without him. He was so professional, caring, and I felt 100% safe throughout our session. Thanks Charlie ! You’re awesome. The world needs more Charlie’s !
The gym is very clean and a very very fair price with many creative ways to waiver the entrance fee! Love a place that's for the people. Even Friday night when the parking lot and street is full everyone is waiting their turn and there was some open space and empty equipment! The sauna is not an electric sauna I dont think it's really nice and also clean! Really happy to come across mesa rim!!
