Changed the policy without any announcement or warning 1 month after I got a membership. The policy they changed was one of the main reasons I even got a membership. This place is overpriced, especially when they start removing guest passes and membership perks.

Great space, comparable rates, friendly staff. Aside the commute it's the best rope climbing gym in Austin hands down.

The gym tries to set itself apart from the competition as a 'comp gym' and does so at the expense its members. A good half of the gym will be gone for weeks at a time with sparse problems only a few can touch and then remains unset for a month (this is on top of regularly skip setting schedule). By the way, members didn't even get free/discount viewing for USAC tryouts that closed off access for multiple days! Great place! Lots of climbing walls for top rope climbing and a huge bouldering section. We came in twice during the last week, once just two adults and later with the kids and they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. The staff was great and helpful, patient and professional. We'll definitely come climb again.
