Their dentists are great but getting them to make and keep an appointment is lacking. They repeated make appointments for me then cancel within two weeks of the appointment. If your schedule is open it’s fine but if you work odd hours and you had to wait 3 months just to get a time available with your schedule you might as well just not set it up with them.
I will absolutely not be coming back after I get my crown in. I've had nothing but trouble dealing with your administrative staff from multiple scheduling issues,to lost/misplaced records that were sent to you by other dentists, to several billing issues. I was supposed to have my crown placed this morning. Your staff called me last minute at noon on Friday to tell me I had to reschedule because the crown wasn't in yet.
