Cleanest , place ever!!!!!!! – This place is amazing, I lived here for 5 years went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom! I never want to move unless I buy a house, there is no place in Las Vegas that you would get great service when things need to get done. Office staff is very helpful. Both gals care about your situation & try to help you out. The apartments are clean look brand new when moving in. Former tenant 3 years – The complex is no longer maintained. To many pet feces on grounds. Tenants have 2-3 medium size pets. Poor plumbing, water heaters, air units need constant filter change. water smells. Wind blows sand under sliding doors. Front door damage requires new plates that do not allow easy open or closure. Riff Raff tenants noisy and abusive. Grounds unkept. Office staff Ginger part-timer rude and fake, always on personal calls, smoking cigarettes and sarcastic to tenants. This place is a dump – This place may seem nice and have good move in deals, but DONT do it!! The office staff is horrible, the apartments are cheaply built, and my place smelled like cigarettes the entire year I was there even though I don't smoke.

terrible office help – my husband and I stopped in to look at the apartments and the office lady (Ginger) was VERY rude.. when we first walked in she yelled from her office to grab a brochure and look at it... she then finally came out of her office and we told her we were looking for a ground floor apt and she said she had none available. we asked if we could see a model in case there was availabilty when we were ready to move and she told us she didnt have time to show us an apartment as she had a desk full of paperwork...... read more

Love it here – I have been living here for about 5 months now and it has been great. The office ladies and manager are really nice and they are quick to respond if anything is broken or wrong with the apartment.

Creepy management – The ladies at the office were very pleasant but the owner/manager creeped me out! My husband and even my 8 year old daughter said he gave them the creeps as well! I say stay away from this place, the price is too high as well and the model apartment smelled like cigarette smoke real bad.
