If I could give a lower rating I would. All they care about is money. I am currently late for THIS month's rent by today. But paying my rent today is not enough for them. They made me appear in a hearing yesterday where they were asking for $4,898 mind you my rent is only $1,388. Thank God the judge denied that. READ THE REVIEWS‼️ It’s not worth it. they add extra charges and “miscellaneous income” as you can see in the photo… the management is rude and unprofessional. the apartments are CHEAPLY renovated. they don’t answer the phone at all. I’ve had so many issues living here I’m so disappointed. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE THE TRUTH!
If your options are living here or living in your car, live in your car, or anywhere else. Roaches. Garbage EVERYWHERE. Management doesn’t even have a phone number to call or any employees in the office they only respond via text or through a ring camera. As far as parking goes, get ready for other cars to scratch and damage your car. I mean the quality of the complex and the units are absolutely TERRIBLE. But the management is even worse. Lived here 2 years and had a pest issue that they would over promise and under deliver solutions for. They’d promise to keep you on the list for pest control every 2 weeks and then they don’t show up. They’ll only add you to that list if YOU constantly reach out. There’s mold in the walls and in the toilets. Their solution? Use a better toilet bowl cleaner. Constant plumbing issues that they provide bandaid solutions for.
