If your options are living here or living in your car, live in your car, or anywhere else. Roaches. Garbage EVERYWHERE. Management doesn’t even have a phone number to call or any employees in the office they only respond via text or through a ring camera. Lived here 2 years and had a pest issue that they would over promise and under deliver solutions for. They’d promise to keep you on the list for pest control every 2 weeks and then they don’t show up. They’ll only add you to that list if YOU constantly reach out. There’s mold in the walls and in the toilets. Their solution? Use a better toilet bowl cleaner. Constant plumbing issues that they provide bandaid solutions for. Fraud. Moved in with EVERYTHING broken - washer & dryer, dishwasher, balcony, hot water tank, walls, etc. they were late getting the apartment ready for 2 days & made us wait the entire day with no refunds & that was after we already moved out of our current place, infested with cockroaches, cops are their almost every day, you can’t ever go into the office & they’ll only speak to you through the camera, charged me for having an ESA, maintenance stole from us. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Mesa Ridge Apartment Homes is a nightmare from start to finish. The property is poorly maintained, trash is constantly overflowing, and good luck getting anyone to fix anything in your unit without hounding them for weeks. But the real issue? Samantha, the so-called leasing agent. Incompetent, rude, and completely unprofessional.
