Fraud, Infested with Cockroaches and Bed Bugs. I will be contacting the fire department to see what charges can be filed for the stove since it could short and set fire to the unit. The girls in this office are lazy as hell. No reason they can't answer a phone. They are terrible. The corporate company should be ashamed of themselves. You just ignore people. That is ridiculous. Completely. I don't understand how you can honestly think you are good people. You are not. Don't move in here. These people are lazy and incompetent. No wonder they make the low wages they do. the staff in the leasing office at Mesa Ridge Apartments are very supportive and they have helped me understand each step along the journey. they made moving easy and stress free! the staff is willing to work with you in what you are looking for and what you can afford!
Apartments are spacious. I wont touch much about the constant homeless parade in and out the complex all night, the constant police activity, or the MOUNDS of asbestos they left out on the grass a year ago with no caution tape, but there is something seriously wrong with the practices of the property management here. It is unethical. They are obviously aware that their tenant-base is primarily low income with little to no resources and knowledge, and use it to their full financial advantage.
