Food was fine. Perfect for sharing a few appetizers and mains with friends. The gazpacho and chicken were our favorite. Biscuits are indeed delicious but quite dry. Pasta left a lot to be desired though, it needed a bit of salt and pepper, especially compared to the rich smoky flavor of the chicken. We booked a reservation through OpenTable for a 2-person birthday celebration and noted a gluten/wheat allergy. I also called the restaurant ahead of time to confirm they could accommodate us with the dietary restriction, which they assured they could. MESA MAGIC So much potential at this spot. The chef clearly knows how to play off contrasting flavors and textures to create lovely dishes showcasing New Mexican ingredients. With a few tweaks, Mesa Provisions could be AMAZING. I am not a gazpacho fan and am so glad I got their tomatillo version.
