I'm very happy with mesa and have been using them for years. Very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Bad communication with agents. No ever answers the phone or calls you back. I still haven't received a call or who to answer to. Or who is the agent in charge of the property looking into. Not very good experience.
OMG!!!! WHYY?? PLEASE READ!! BEWARE!! I WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN! ITS ALMOST A MONTH THAT THE AC IN THE HOUSE WE ARE RENTING IN WAS BROKEN AND WE HAVE CONTACTED MESA PROPERTIES BUT YET STILL NO ACTION WAS GIVEN!! WE ALSO HAVE A 13 MONTH OLD BABY WHO IS CRYING EVERY NIGHT CAUSE SHE IS SWEATING A LOT ESP SHE IS STILL ON A DIAPER. IT IS SAD THAT THIS PEOPLE DONT EVEN CARE!! We wanted to thank Mark from the Victorville office and give him a well deserved review. My wife and I have been a Mesa Property renter for the past 5 years when the current owner decided to sell the house where we were renting from. Since we were good renters, Mark worked with us for a stress-free transition to a new rental. He is also always professional and timely with our questions we have for him. EDIT: The branch manager reached out the same day that this review was posted, so at least they're actively managing their social media and willing to hear critiques. Increasing my rating by one star in light of this. **** My roommates and I applied to rent one of the properties managed by Mesa Properties. Not only was the employees rude in almost every interaction, they were incredibly slow in getting back to us at every turn.
