Horrible company to rent from. We were the first tenants to live in the home. We moved into a dirty house with a plethora of issues. 3 1/2 years later, they are trying to withhold the majority of our security deposit for things that were already there when we moved in(thank god I took plenty of pictures so they won't get away with it)! We were wonderful tenants. We did everything by the book. In the 42 months we were there, we NEVER had a late payment.
