Living here has been almost uninhabitable at times. Sitting here on the er w/the water turned off yet again. No indication of when it’ll be back on but to “anticipate” it’ll be off the whole day. Now I have this reeking bathroom of urine & fecal matter! I can’t even tell you the countless number of times they shut the water off for hours at a time. Sometimes w/ no notice at all! I moved in 8 months ago after being told, very clearly, that the pool and clubhouse (which includes a laundromat) would be open within 8 weeks. That was a major factor in my decision to sign a lease here. Fast forward eight months, and not only are these amenities still closed, but it looks like they’re nowhere near completion.
