Terrible terrible terrible I drove across country to buy a black Lexus CT200h from them. Went and put insurance on it on my drive down. I asked if they minded me taking it to the Lexus dealership to get it checked out and I would pay the $150. He assured me for 2wks before hand that nothing was wrong with it but agreed to let me get it tested at the Lexus dealership. We test drove it first which he kept my ID which ok fine.
