Regarding property management of Palm Island, Fountain Valley, CA. Mafia style management. As a senior veteran, was subjected to discrimination from the beginning with leasing personnel looking me up and down and commenting about my ten year old shoes. On-site Manager Leana Anderson at Piccadilly Sq. Fullerton seemed professional, kind and able to handle this problematic property. Latest concern regarding over-due registrations (suddenly) seems to have brought out the worst in her lack of empathy, equality, professionalism. Since Monday she has chosen a 66 yr old to lash out her obvious brutal demeanor. My Lexus is 5 mos past due. She told me to remove my car or else it would be towed. I was a three year resident at Emerald Isle apartments in Placentia that was managed by Mesa Management, Inc. I complained to the Placentia Police Department twice about wrongdoing by Mesa Management, Inc. employees and I wrote truthful posts online. I was given a 60 day notice to move or be evicted. I chose to fight them in court. Mesa Management employees wrote false statements in declarations, such as that I had violated my lease in 2017 and 2018, to try to evict me.
