1st of all they provide great communication! I bought my car from them from a different state. Flew into LAX to pick up the car. They paid for my Uber ride to their facility. Great people to work with. They responded back to me every single time I reached out to them! Price on car was good also, very competitive!
The gentlemen that helped us were so extremely kind and patient throughout the whole transaction. On my part it was very complicated seeing as it’s my first time buying a car but they were so very helpful and in the end I drove off with my dream car I’ve had only imagined since I was a child. I am still smiling ear to ear about how incredibly happy I am with my car and without them I would not have gotten it.
I’ve bought and financed multiple vehicles in my life, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. No haggling, no pressure, fair price, transparency. Tony was genuine, honest and personable. At no point did he or his team ever try to “sell” me anything. He just provided me with information and let me decide. If you want a stress free experience where you won’t be at the dealership for 4-5 hours, this is the place. I highly recommend Mesa Luxury Imports.
This place is not a real dealership experience!it’s more like a sketchy office with cars that clearly haven’t been properly inspected or cared for. The vehicle I purchased started having serious mechanical issues almost immediately, issues that don’t just suddenly appear out of nowhere. My husband bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey from this place, and right away he mentioned it didn’t even look like a real dealership—and the car wasn’t cleaned before purchase. About a year later, the van began stalling while driving.
