Sold me a car with a fuel leak, and several other problems, and Sid(?) Is an insufferable "manager". Had to pay out of pocket for the repair despite it being a fire hazard.
I went to test drive twice and had a great experience with both Joe and Tony. They're super helpful and proactive to address every questions I had. There are no hidden fee or add-on. The cars are all kept in good condition as well.
1st of all they provide great communication! I bought my car from them from a different state. Flew into LAX to pick up the car. They paid for my Uber ride to their facility. Great people to work with. They responded back to me every single time I reached out to them! Price on car was good also, very competitive!
The gentlemen that helped us were so extremely kind and patient throughout the whole transaction. On my part it was very complicated seeing as it’s my first time buying a car but they were so very helpful and in the end I drove off with my dream car I’ve had only imagined since I was a child. I am still smiling ear to ear about how incredibly happy I am with my car and without them I would not have gotten it.
I’ve bought and financed multiple vehicles in my life, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. No haggling, no pressure, fair price, transparency. Tony was genuine, honest and personable. At no point did he or his team ever try to “sell” me anything. He just provided me with information and let me decide. If you want a stress free experience where you won’t be at the dealership for 4-5 hours, this is the place. I highly recommend Mesa Luxury Imports.
