I worked here a while back ago. Geneva Tucker asked me for my shot record cause she said they were going to get an audit. Well, she never gave it back to me and they said that she never asked me for it!
The staff sucks! And there is no real structure. The weekends is never staffed with enough nurses. Many call-ins and no staff on call to replace. ***Do not leave family member under their care unless you really do not love your loved one***
