The lady behind the counter couldn’t care less about my order did everything wrong wrong beans wrong meat and it was dirty I went at 2:30pm will never come back

Think of Mesa Grande as an alternative to Chipotle - similar set-up and menu offerings, somewhat different flavor and atmosphere. I used to go there frequently when there was one near where I live, but since that location closed, I make a point of stopping at the Auburn store whenever I'm nearby. Lots of upside here - like I said, the flavor is different than Chipotle and they source alot of their ingredients locally.

My son 7 wanted a burrito, they don't offer for kids meal. The worker stated, we can make him a small . I agree. His is very basic, beans, rice n chicken. At checkout I'm charged $12, I tell them it's a kid , worker said she could do it. Worker says no, I thought you just wanted a small . I said I'm not paying $12 for that. She says I can fix it, takes the she made, grabs a small tortilla and dumps into Togo box. I should of refused it but he was hungry. Disappointed in service and food.
