NO STAR REVIEW! RIPPED OFF BY MESA GARAGE DOORS!!!! I paid a deposit and waited the 6 weeks for the door to be manufactured. Got SEVERAL confirmation emails from Mesa confirming installation day. They did not show up to install. Had moved everything out of garage as required. Called and called and finally reached someone. They started lying and stalling. Had a great experience with them 20 years ago. Now, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First person who showed up for a quote was nearly 2 hours late. When he arrived, he had no interest in selling us a door. He stood in our driveway, asked us for the dimensions of the door he stood in front of, and asked for specific details on the door we wanted.
