This company was recommended to us. When it came time to have us, the homeowner, to put the templates down on the granite we had selected for our counters the owner said "oh the granite is in Phoenix and you are in Tucson so that can't be done." We had decided we would make a day trip up there when the granite was ready to be cut. They never notified us even though it was written on my paperwork.
