Great apartments, and fantastic customer service from the leasing office! Emily helped me and she went above and beyond to help me with a small issue. She resolved it right away and was so kind!
We have just moved in so I dont have a lot of experience with Mesa falls yet. But the whole experience so far has been great, McKenna was amazing, truly a lifesaver She helped us so much with this process, and made it go so smoothly . She was super sweet and was able to fit us in immediately. Rushed to get all of our things done, due to us being on a time crunch. Honestly the best help we have ever gotten when moving into a new apartment.
Visited renters here and the game room is so spacious and well kept.
Management is dismissive, condescending, and clearly more interested in extracting money than resolving issues. Complaints are ignored or turned back on the tenant, and accountability is consistently avoided. The only staff member who showed genuine professionalism was Alyssa, who genuinely tried to help with my deposit dispute before being overridden by management. The office staff have been so helpful since day one and are still great to work with. Julianna helped us with our move-in and is now assisting us with an apartment transfer as we size up, and she’s been thorough and super helpful throughout the whole process. Maintenance has been just as friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to requests and always leave notes letting us know what was done if we aren’t home.
