I visited the office with my problem , on the way to my appointment destination . While in a waiting room, my phone indicated a text. The text was from the office, indicating that my problem had been resolved. Total lapsed time, twenty five minutes. Thank you Mesa Falls Apartments.
Maintenance came and changed a lightbulb that was out in my guest bedroom. Thanks again for changing the lightbulb!
Such a welcoming place! The property is beautiful and the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend it!
We had a large wasp nest inside an exterior wall connected to the master bedroom and the maintenance crew went beyond what is expected to fix the issue. Once they were alerted to the issue they spent days fixing the issue and would stop by periodically to insure the situation was not getting worse. Several times they risked getting stung in order to fix the issue. They were also the most patient I have every seen any apartment maintenance crew be. Alyssa was super friendly and took me on two separate tours before I moved in. She was so patient and answered all of my questions! The maintenance team is really on top of things too. I put in a work order and the problem was fixed within 3 hours. Adding an update that maintenance is still really fast! I put in two work orders in two days and they were fixed before lunch! Thank you Wes and Bridger! The complex is always clean and the staff is super helpful.
