We moved to Mesa Falls in 2023 and were there for almost 2 years. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, and the property's amenities very much (game room, hot tub fitness center and club room) and, as everyone else we've talked to there, enjoyed the safety and security of the neighborhood. I would not recommend living here. We found mice in our apartment the very first day, and management was slow to respond. The amenities are also a letdown — the basketball court is constantly reserved by the same person every evening, leaving no chance for others to use it, and the treadmills are almost always out of order. Extremely disappointing experience. Upon moving in, we immediately discovered a mouse problem. If you're considering this complex for amenities like the gym or basketball court, think twice — the court is monopolized by the same person every evening from 6–9pm, and the treadmills are consistently broken. On top of that, management seems more focused on finding ways to fine residents than providing quality service. For the price you pay, the treatment and maintenance are unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Living here has been a frustrating experience. We had mice in our apartment right when we moved in, and it set the tone for poor maintenance overall. The amenities are not as advertised — the basketball court is basically off-limits most evenings because one person reserves it daily, and the gym equipment, especially the treadmills, is frequently broken. On top of that, management seems more focused on issuing fines than taking care of residents. For the cost, you deserve much better. I’d recommend finding a different place.
Alyssa was super friendly and took me on two separate tours before I moved in. She was so patient and answered all of my questions! The maintenance team is really on top of things too. I put in a work order and the problem was fixed within 3 hours. The complex is always clean and the staff is super helpful.
