My vision benefits include an annual exam however contact exam is $60. I was aware of this. They now added a "wellness package" that is required with the annual exam. It says "included" in the text confirmation but don't notify you that you can't opt out. When asked at check-in, they said it is required. If I chose not to do it, the appointment would be cancelled and then I would have been charged a $100. So be aware your annual exam with insurance is no longer covered here. Dr. Whipple was friendly, and explained everything in detail. He included me in decision making and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want. Appointment was not rushed and I left very satisfied!
I know there is a problem to solve. No real solution or new lenses? What's next. Call me to set up a solution
