I called to check availability for an apartment, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She immediately seemed put off that I was speaking to her, and she was snippy. I asked questions and before she answered, she sighed heavily. I would hate to live in a place where the office people hate me already. No thanks.

I love at these apartments and I have been dealing with multiple changes. There was a $200 increase in our rent because “It hadn’t been changed in 7 years”. Also, our lease states that our rent is due on the fifth, and if nobody is in the office, we could drop it in the drop box, but this apparently doesn’t apply for the weekends. We have had to turn in rent by the third or the fourth multiple times or we would have to pay a 10% late fee. It is a pretty nice place to live, aside from those issues.
