Website crashed while trying to pay a bill, impossible to reach by phone. Pretty standard experience from what I read here. This place is a parasite leeching blood from a diseased system.
I've never tried so hard to get someone to take my money. I've tried going through my provider, online and over phone just to pay a $15 bill. Its a nightmare and they aren't helpful.
Not professional at all and everyone is rude!
This is the most invasive, labor intensive and a real head scratcher as to how to pay. They wanted my phone #, access to my camera..or it wouldn't go through. Had me take a picture of my bill then had me give my email address and personal information. I'm so very concerned about this site.
This place is shocking. It’s absolutely filthy—dirty furniture, dirty surfaces, and employees who can’t handle their gloves. The area for drawing blood is tiny, dark, dirty, and there’s garbage and storage everywhere. It feels like you’ve entered the home of a hoarder.
