Been working with Mesa Builders for 10yrs and love the great communication and high end production Mesa Builders has provided. It's been a true delight.
Leon shirked his duties as the GC. Later we found out he was fraudulently reporting costs in his "cost plus" agreement charging us 50% more for his costs before even computing his nearly 20% markup. He is manipulative, dishonest, and apparently unaware of doorbell cameras when making misogynistic comments about his customers and our design team. We are still fixing his mistakes.
