Mesa Auto Repair were very helpful and committed to resolving my problem. My work van was experiencing a misfire issue due to a loose ignition coil that required the whole cover to be replaced due to a missing screw fastener, however after finding out the cover couldn't be ordered through the local auto parts and would need to be special ordered through Ford, the owner and his team were able to instead repair the broken fastener with a fastener they had in house resolving the issue saving me money in the process.
