I give mesa auto finance a zero star! I had two repo one for no insurance and the other for late payment, late fee was paid in full and now mesa auto finance are refusing to release the vehicle until the whole account is paid in full. Like wtf thanks for the communication.
If you ever fall on hard times and fall behind on a payment, be prepared to receive at least 4 calls daily. Even if it's just past due a few days you'll be blown up through phone AND text. Even if you touch base with them and explain the situation, it wont change. They treat you like absolute garbage if you dont make a payment on time, especially some lady named Alma.
