Our warranty company set us up with Mesa air conditioning. We were supposed to hear from them on Monday, our AC had not worked all weekend long and it was 118° outside. Since Mesa AC didn't call that morning we called them. They did come out within an hour but they didn't turn the report into the warranty company till the next day so it took a day and a half before our compressor was ordered.
