Called had a dryer on/off switch broke see if they could replace switch on the circuit board, bring in will take a look. They called next day it was done. Fix it at reasonable price. Thank you!!!
They repaired a console stereo that my father got from Vietnam in Japan. They took great care of it and even did extra work on it. They took care like it was there own. Thank you so much super job.
After reading other reviews it appears I’m not the only to be a victim of this company’s deceitful business practices. I left a Bose stereo and a $125 deposit at MES in May for repair. Four months later they told me they couldn’t repair it and I should just send it to Bose for repair. They never attempted to order repair parts or bother to tell me what their labor charges were or that my deposit was not refundable. Really?!?! What a scam.
