Very professional and knowledgable, he replaced my dryer vent in no time and troubleshooted the rusty basement drain concerns I had. Update: the old iron basement drain was removed and replaced with PVC, which will make it a lot easier to add a washing machine drain when that happens. Wonderful work and no issues. Thanks! Update 2025: washing machine and utility sink drain added to the main drain, laundry machines and sink all set up, fantastic!
Merz repaired our furnace last Spring, and replaced our water heater with completive pricing. They did a great job. Instead of giving the customer an option they typically give multiple. I also had my water shut off replaced by them, and they did so in a timely manner. They also came back to resolve another issue when the washer drain show off my pilot light. I feel bad about that because days later I reviewed my backyard cameras, and the drain problem was likely caused by someone else.
I have great service and repairs with Merz Plumbing. The Technicians are thorough and polite.
