**** has been the most difficult heating and air companies we've ever dealt with. The tech who visits your home is absolutely fantastic. But the people who talk you into expensive yearly contracts and the scheduling for the twice yearly visits are extremely rude and uncooperative. I've had over half a dozen calls with them in the last year+, and despite signing the nearly $400 contract for two maintenance visits, I've only ever had one.
