I have been seeing Dr. Joerg for a little over 2 years now. I have been doing the annual skincare screening (for skin cancer etc), and she noticed the redness on my forehead I thought was just my skin getting older. It is a lot clearer, and I have been seeing her for very stubborn warts I had on soles of my feet. I had tried over the counter pads and solutions (Dr. Scholes) but they always grew back. Dr. Joerg has been zapping them with liquid nitrogen and I am close to being wart-free!
Not a good doctor. Waited 45min to see her. She spent <10min w/me then tried to leave before I had a chance to finish asking questions. Rather than explaining them fully she kept saying “read the brochure.” Also the check in app asked horrible intrusive upsetting questions that had nothing to do w/skin health.
I love Dr. Joerg. She took a lot of time to make sure I understood the procedure. She's an excellent doctor. Also very personable and great staff. I travel almost 2 hours from NJ to see her and will continue to do so.
My personal experience with Dr J has been mostly positive - except for the one time she minimized something that I insisted on checking out - and it turned out to be pre-cancerous and needed immediate attention. However, I am an adult who asks questions and persists. But I am writing this review because of my college age daughter that I sent to Dr J. I like her but I waited over an hour. I find it rude no one told me she was running late.
