Having known Merx flooring from a previous business relationship, my wife and I signed a contract for kitchen and basement floors. Regarding the kitchen floor, we selected an Armstrong LVT but were never told that the floor would need to be grouted. On delivering material, we were told to pick a grout color; we did not want grout, as the owner knew when we discussed replacing the original ceramic tile floor, but Merx told us it was necessary for the LVT we selected and that the grout, being acrylic, would be stain resistant.... read more

I have never actually been to this store, but I have had a good conversation with the owner. I Was having a problem with finding somebody to do my carpet and this guys going to help me out. Seems like a great guy! Looking forward to working with him in the future.

When our carpet started buckling a year after installation Charlie sent Eric to correct it . Eric was very detailed, pleasant, hardworking and overall outstanding. Great experience. The only reason for a 4 ****was that it required correction within a year of installation. Charlie did stand by their good company reputation.
