When our carpet started buckling a year after installation Charlie sent Eric to correct it . Eric was very detailed, pleasant, hardworking and overall outstanding. Great experience. The only reason for a 4 ****was that it required correction within a year of installation. Charlie did stand by their good company reputation.
Please if you are looking for flooring you have to give this company a shot! Small and personal Charlie gives you an honest bid. Went to the showroom on Monday the quote blew me away. Said he could schedule me in about 2 weeks later. He actually fit me in the very next week. I was very happy since I am selling my home and this was my final project. We had an amazing experience with Merx flooring. I’m not one to spend my time to write a lot of reviews but they knocked my socks off with their service. We were moving into a new home and needed the floors done ASAP. Everyone scheduled weeks and months out but Merx bent over backwards to get it done sooner. They worked on Sundays!
