I have never actually been to this store, but I have had a good conversation with the owner. I Was having a problem with finding somebody to do my carpet and this guys going to help me out. Seems like a great guy! Looking forward to working with him in the future.

When our carpet started buckling a year after installation Charlie sent Eric to correct it . Eric was very detailed, pleasant, hardworking and overall outstanding. Great experience. The only reason for a 4 ****was that it required correction within a year of installation. Charlie did stand by their good company reputation.
Please if you are looking for flooring you have to give this company a shot! Small and personal Charlie gives you an honest bid. Went to the showroom on Monday the quote blew me away. Said he could schedule me in about 2 weeks later. He actually fit me in the very next week. I was very happy since I am selling my home and this was my final project.
