Terrible customer service
Merwin totally destroyed our yard because they came to pick up a tank on the first warm day. When I called to talk to them about it they were screaming at me on the phone and then hung up on me. Totally unhinged! My yard is totally we destroyed. Customer service zero. Respect for customers property zero. Ability to make it right zero.
Gary and his team deployed a bait and switch tactic to attempt to get a new customer. We called looking for an alternative to our current propane provider and their website has a new customer offer. The new customer offer was not honored and we have been gouged for the price of our propane. When I tried to call Gary about it he and I were not able to agree. I had a terrible experience with Merwin Oil Company and would not recommend them to anyone. I recently had oil delivered, and when I checked my tank, it was clear they had delivered far less than what they charged me for. When I called to dispute the amount, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that their records were accurate despite the clear discrepancy.
