Really excellent family shop. Always tried to work with us for reasonable fixes and estimates. Shop owner knows his stuff, doesn't beat around the bush, and is upfront and honest. We've been there for 3 different repairs or parts replacements, and all done very well.
Had an amazing experience here. Mr. Craig helped me deal with a sunroof issue. This saved me a lot of trouble as it was going to rain soon… yikes! Mr. Craig helped so much and the customer service here was outstanding. I would definitely recommend going here for any car trouble. I will be going here for now on!
Cannot say enough positive about Mervin's. Craig goes above and beyond the call of duty, spending hours diagnosing and fixing issues, explaining clearly what is going on, and always at a more than fair price. His Mom, who runs the office, is friendly and delightful. This is the kind of business we used to take for granted "back in the day" but that is now all too rare.
