I just recently partnered with them to service our facility and they have been great! The response time, friendliness of the employees etc... have been nothing short of excellence. I would recommend them to other businesses for their coffee service, all the associates here love the coffee flavors too!
I'm beyond pleased with the level of service my office has received from Merus. Tony was our sales rep and from our first meeting, I felt like he was someone I could trust as he was nothing but flexible, accommodating, polite and patient while we made our decision. People take coffee VERY seriously in my office and it was a hard sell to switch to commercial grade but we have fallen in LOVE with our brewing system, (coffee stays freakishly hot for HOURS in our awesome new pots) and can't imagine ever going back. We were relatively happy with our break room vendor when Dylan Fitzgerald from Merus walked into our office. I decided to give him a chance to see if they could provide better service at a better price. We have been extremely happy. I would highly recommend Merus.
