The worst. This man is very unprofessional and refused to allow us to transfer our family memeber to another hospital said we would have to figure it out.
My other half was involved in a horrible work accident. He works closely with the neurosurgeons and is remarkable. His knowledge is vast and his bed side manner is always great. I am thankful for Dr. Mertz In so many ways. His heart is in his work and it shows. He is a true asset to Riverside and their neuro team!
