It been closed for months
Service dept is quite possibly the biggest joke ive dealt with in a while. 3 weeks still don't have my truck back. Seems like theyre more of parts changers than factory trained techs with knowledge. Communication is almost not existent unless I call them... then its one excuse/delay after another. Closed now
First time using service outstanding customer service greeting with a smile and I did not have to wait. Great job keep it up
