I scheduled a commercial unit routine cleaning for July 22. The tech and his assistant arrived and began the job. He suggested replacing 2 filters and I agreed. He stated that he had to drive to the warehouse to pick up the filters since he didn't have them on hand. When I was presented with the bill, it was significantly more that usual (I've had this service done 6x before.)
