Costco using this vendor?? I requested Costco to call me on water heater installation. Mersey called me much later than the time slot I booked with Costco. And telling me $4,400 on 50 gallon inefficient tank water heater. Nowadays I have seen tankless water heater costs less than $3,500 all in. They rip you off big time. Avoid Mersey.
Completely disorganized. Cancelled last minute on me. After a three week wait. Failed to answer basic questions. If you want slow service with no consistency- these are your guys. Tip have a manager follow up with clients, if cancel on a client, provide alternate dates. And train your staff on services actually offered and not offered. Super frustrating for such a simple service booking. They did install my equipment in house , so my stars based on there previous work, but management and coordination is absurd.
