Anita Zheng is by far the worst realtor I've ever dealt with! She is extremely rude on the phone, speaks over you, dismisses you, TRIED TO HANG UP ON ME, has an attitude and is beyond unprofessional. The fact that she even has this job and communicates like this is TERRIBLE! Shame on her and this company for keeping her around!!
If I had the option to rate 0, I would. This was by far the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and outright degrading experience I’ve ever had with both a realtor and a landlord. They acted with shocking arrogance and hostility, and it quickly became clear that basic respect, fairness, and decency were never part of the equation.
