DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Very low-quality service and extremely unprofessional staff. We asked simple questions about vaccines and the staff could not give proper answers or explain anything clearly. It was shocking how unknowledgeable they were considering they work in the medical field. Staff seemed confused, uninterested, and not properly trained to handle patient concerns. We are incredibly blessed to have found Dr. Ali Mersal. After taking our newborn to a walk-in clinic for a serious eczema emergency—where we were told nothing could be done and to just 'deal with it' and it will eventually go away—Dr. Mersal was a godsend.
