I bought a $175 groupon for my girlfriend and her family and when they tried to redeem it they were told the store doesn't accept groupons. Totally feel like $175 was stolen from me.
Easy online reservations. Nice staff. Very reasonably priced. Great tinting job on my blonde, barely-there lashes!
They scammed me. I bought Groupons & then they said they don’t accept them!!!! Waste of money. They shouldn’t keep selling them if they won’t accept them. Smh shame on you
I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM. My friend bought me a Groupon as a gift. I called and emailed multiple times but there was no response. The first time I went to the website, it said it would prefer no Groupons and I included that in my email. I looked again today and they've changed it to none at all. These people seem sketchy to the highest degree. They don't even have the decency to respond. I am currently going to try to get my friend a refund but I don't know if it will work cause I waited so long hoping they would get back to me... read more
Very unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon and called many times and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I emailed and got no response. I booked an appointment for a week or two out and it was canceled very last minute. Booked another appointment and like 2 hours before it I get some message that they are not accepting Groupon anymore, so now I have to figure out what to do with my Groupon. Horrible in every way.
