Very unprofessional “manager” - had the service bi-weekly for about a year. When we originally started, everything was good but went down hill after the original cleaners that serviced our house stopped coming. Last cleaning we had, I walked into the house and it smelled like weed. Immediately contacted to figure out why the house smelled like it did, never heard back.
