Had an amazing experience with our rental unit. They did a stellar job, had great communication and were very professional!
Our initial clean was great. Over the last 6ish months that quality has never been met again. The cleans are very inconsistent in quality and frankly lacking. Leaving bags of trash in the garage, not vacuuming the whole room, sinks and portions of the bathroom unclean. Recently, they dismantled the shower drain pan and left it unassembled. While I appreciate them cleaning that, every time they have cleaned I’ve had to go through the house and put things back in place. We recently hired the Lakewood Merry Maid franchise headed by Kelly to conduct an occupancy cleaning on our house to ready it for sale. Having moved 6 hours away, I had a relative stop by and check the work this past weekend prior to the listing going live. We were startled to find the bathroom fixtures unpolished, the Master tub and Laundry room sinks full of pet hair and debris from their cleaning bucket dumps, drawers filled with dust and debris, and soap scum from shampoo bottles remaining on a shower bench (see photos).... read more
