I was very happy with the service and the cleaning I received. I was delighted to see that there is still someone out there that cleans like my mom used to do! Top to bottom clean from ceiling to floor! They even got on there hands and knees to do my wood floors!! I definitely would recommend again.
We are the owners of the Merry Maids in Golf Manor. Regarding the tips from jlister and alexbashem...they are either mistaking our business for another cleaning service, or have purposely posted a negative tip to hurt our business. I gave them a many chances to offer an honest service. They made just as many choices to be dishonest. I kept thinking they would fix a problem and they didn't. Then they said I broke the contract early when clearly they broke the contract by not cleaning properly. I gave them a choice. You can take the cancelation fee off my credit card - but I told them that they were the ones that broke the contract and that it would be dishonest of them to do it. They did it any way. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. – Well, when I called a couple months ago the whole office was apparently in chaos. It took several days to get a call back- then the woman I spoke to had no idea what was up and what was down. They could not provide me any information, no knowledge of anything. Then the girl came out and did an 'estimate' several weeks later after I had to call them back- she also clearly didn't know what was going on. Dont let these people into your home. – he owners of this company are terrible people. they were charging me for 2 hours of cleaning. i found of that the maids were only in my house for 45 minutes. i asked the owner if my fee could be reduced because the maids did not take 2 hours to clean my house. the owner said no, and that they would make sure the maids would stay the full two hours. well they stayed alright...i set up a nanny cam in my living room and kitchen and what i saw on the video shocked me. after spending 45 min... read more
Dont trust this company – the merry maids in golf manor are horrible. the employees stole from my home ate my food and put some kind of cleaning solution on my flat screen TV and ruined it. when i brought this to the owners attention she told me that there was nothing she could do. and that the company would not replace the damaged TV. the maids were rude and always hours early or hours late. once they shut my dog up in the bathroom with no food or water until i came home. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
Horrible customer service - will cheat you out of your money – Really gave this company a chance and tried to use multiple times. Cleaning was really insufficient - paid for a deep cleaning and barely got a slight wipe down. Whole rooms were skipped! They seemed appologetic at the time, but then just kept leading me on and putting me off. I've waited and waited for an apology for items that went missing! Or for the cleaners to even show back up! Worst Cleaning Service Ever! Terrible Customer Service! – We have had the worst luck with Merry Maids, and they have done NOTHING to compensate us! From the very beginning, we had problems with this company. When you get your first visit from Merry Maids it is called a, "Deep Cleaning." This cleaning was not "deep," by any means, and my husband saw them using hot water on the floors with no cleanser. Would definately not recommend – Repeatedly I called with a list of items that were not done, each time they returned same problem. They would dust the blinds and leave them in a mess, verticals: hanging on the window seals and twisted, other blinds twisted in various directions. Items would not be dusted and mirrors not cleaned. I would not recommend this group of people. 4 different cleaning crews same problems and the last was even supervised by their supervisor.
