Bianca is fantastic! She cares so very much about your needs and making sure they are completely met. Her work is impeccable plus she is so pleasant, friendly and genuinely nice all while doing great work!!
First time using Merry Maids. We had a deep clean done to get started. Bianca, working by herself, did an excellent job. We will be using Merry Maids for our house cleaning from now on.
The staff were incredibly nice as people, but after looking over the house I saw so many areas just not cleaned well. Given the price, I am really disappointed. Many places look like they weren’t even touched. A lot of these areas are in the bathroom and kitchen which I paid extra for. They are simple places too. I understand missing small things, but these are large, easy to get areas that are normal cleaning surfaces.
