Customer service when I had to cancel cleanings due to my employment was not friendly actually very rude, no longer wanted to deal with them.
Did a poor job on the initial appointment, missed certain aspects of the job, the supervisor came and even confirmed the job was done poorly. Then had to schedule 2 follow ups to fix mistakes and redo certain aspects, the 2nd of which was late.
"That's the best cleaning service I've ever had! The ladies are very hard workers.. they are the best!".
My experiences have been very satisfied and friendly service:)
