Amazing job done by Chloe and Jamie! They were polite, friendly and funny! They did an amazing job and the “drive by drop in” by Sarah was also very appreciated! It was a pleasure dealing with Sarah, Merry Maids -Barrie team. She took the time to make sure everything was clear, and prepped for the crew. She arranged and followed up (electronically) to ensure scheduling. We knew exactly when the crew was coming and on their way. The crew showed up on time, and did an amazing job. Great people to deal with. They do a amazing job in my house. Always going above and beyond. Would really recommend as i been using them for 7 years.
Customer service when I had to cancel cleanings due to my employment was not friendly actually very rude, no longer wanted to deal with them.
