The cleaners themselves are absolutely superb, no complaints there. However, the management and communication left a lot to be desired. I booked a cleaning this year after a great experience last year. When booking, I specifically mentioned it was last-minute and asked whether the job would take roughly the same time as before. I was told yes. On the day, only one cleaner arrived, unlike last year when there were two. By 3 PM, the job was only two-thirds done, and I was asked to call the office to arrange extra time.
